摘 要
随着现代医疗技术的不断发展,医疗器械领域对机械设计制造技术的需求日益增长。本文旨在探讨机械设计制造技术在医疗器械领域的应用现状及发展趋势,通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,系统研究了该技术在提高医疗器械性能、安全性及智能化水平方面的作用。研究表明,在植入式医疗器械中,精密机械加工技术实现了微小部件的高精度制造;在外科手术机器人领域,机电一体化技术使手术操作更加精准稳定;康复辅助器具借助智能材料和结构优化设计提升了患者使用体验。创新点在于将增材制造技术应用于个性化医疗器械定制生产,解决了传统工艺难以满足个体差异的问题,并提出基于物联网的远程监控维护系统,为医疗器械全生命周期管理提供了新思路。研究结果表明,机械设计制造技术与医疗需求深度融合不仅能够提升诊疗效果,还促进了医疗服务模式变革,为未来智慧医疗发展奠定了坚实基础。

Abstract
With the continuous development of modern medical technology, the demand for mechanical design and manufacturing technology in the field of medical devices is growing day by day. This paper aims to discuss the application status and development trend of mechanical design and manufacturing technology in the field of medical devices, and systematically study the role of this technology in improving the performance, safety and intelligence level of medical devices through the method of literature review and case analysis. The research shows that precision machining technology can realize the high-precision manufacturing of small parts in implantable medical devices. In the field of surgical robot, mechatronics technology makes surgical operation more accurate and stable; Rehabilitation AIDS enhance the patient experience with smart materials and structural optimization. The innovation point is that the additive manufacturing technology is applied to the customized production of personalized medical devices, which solves the problem that the traditional process is difficult to meet the individual differences, and puts forward the remote monitoring and maintenance system based on the Internet of Things, which provides a new idea for the whole life cycle management of medical devices. The research results show that the deep integration of mechanical design and manufacturing technology with medical needs can not only improve the diagnosis and treatment effect, but also promote the reform of medical service mode, laying a solid foundation for the future development of smart medical care.
