机械设计制造技术在船舶工业中的应用与发展

           



摘    要


  船舶工业作为现代制造业的重要组成部分,其发展水平直接反映一个国家的综合实力。机械设计制造技术在船舶工业中发挥着不可替代的作用。为提升船舶性能、优化生产流程并推动产业升级,本文系统研究了机械设计制造技术在船舶工业中的应用与发展。通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,深入探讨了现代机械设计制造技术如计算机辅助设计与制造(CAD/CAM)、增材制造、智能装配等在船舶结构设计、制造工艺改进及质量控制等方面的应用现状。研究表明,这些先进技术显著提高了船舶建造精度、缩短了生产周期、降低了成本,并增强了船舶的安全性和可靠性。本文的研究成果为船舶工业的技术创新和产业升级提供了理论依据和技术路径,对推动我国从造船大国向造船强国转变具有重要意义。

Abstract

  As an important part of modern manufacturing industry, the development level of shipbuilding industry directly reflects the comprehensive strength of a country. Mechanical design and manufacturing technology plays an irreplaceable role in the shipbuilding industry. In order to improve ship performance, optimize production process and promote industrial upgrading, this paper systematically studies the application and development of mechanical design and manufacturing technology in ship industry. The application status of modern machinery design and manufacturing technology such as CAD/CAM, additive manufacturing and intelligent assembly in ship structure design, manufacturing process improvement and quality control is discussed by combining literature review and case analysis. Studies have shown that these advanced technologies significantly improve the accuracy of ship construction, shorten the production cycle, reduce costs, and enhance the safety and reliability of ships. The research results of this paper provide the theoretical basis and technical path for the technological innovation and industrial upgrading of the shipbuilding industry, and have great significance for promoting the transformation of China from a shipbuilding power to a shipbuilding power.
