摘 要
在当今全球化与信息化快速发展的背景下，企业面临着前所未有的竞争压力与变革需求，创新驱动成为企业实现可持续发展的关键因素。本研究聚焦于创新驱动下企业战略转型的机遇与挑战，旨在深入剖析企业在创新浪潮中的应对策略及发展路径。通过对国内外相关理论文献的系统梳理，结合对30家典型制造企业的实地调研数据，运用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，从技术创新、管理创新、商业模式创新三个维度展开分析。研究发现，在创新驱动战略指引下，企业能够通过技术革新提升核心竞争力，借助管理模式优化提高运营效率，并以新型商业模式开拓市场空间；然而，同时面临技术研发投入大、人才短缺、风险控制难等挑战。本研究创新性地构建了“创新驱动-战略转型”动态模型，为企业提供了系统的转型框架参考，弥补了现有研究中缺乏对企业内部多要素协同作用机制探讨的不足，为政府制定相关政策提供理论依据，也为其他企业提供实践指导，推动中国企业在全球化进程中实现高质量发展。

Abstract
In the context of rapid globalization and informatization, enterprises are confronted with unprecedented competitive pressures and demands for transformation, making innovation-driven development a critical factor for achieving sustainability. This study focuses on the opportunities and challenges of enterprise strategic transformation under the impetus of innovation, aiming to thoroughly analyze the coping strategies and development paths of enterprises in the wave of innovation. By systematically reviewing relevant theoretical literature both domestically and internationally, and combining field research data from 30 representative manufacturing enterprises, this study employs a mixed-methods approach integrating qualitative and quantitative analysis. The analysis is conducted from three dimensions: technological innovation, management innovation, and business model innovation. The findings indicate that under the guidance of an innovation-driven strategy, enterprises can enhance their core competitiveness through technological advancements, improve operational efficiency via optimized management practices, and expand market space with new business models. However, they also face significant challenges such as substantial R investment, talent shortages, and difficulties in risk control. Innovatively, this study constructs a dynamic "innovation-driven-strategic transformation" model, providing enterprises with a systematic fr amework for transformation. It addresses the gap in existing research by exploring the synergistic mechanisms among multiple internal elements within enterprises, offering theoretical support for policy-making by the government and practical guidance for other enterprises, thereby promoting high-quality development of Chinese enterprises in the process of globalization.
