摘 要
知识经济时代背景下,传统工商管理专业人才培养模式面临诸多挑战,为适应新时代发展需求,本研究聚焦于构建符合当前经济社会特征的工商管理专业人才培养模式。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理以及对典型高校和企业的实地调研,深入分析现有培养模式存在的问题,如课程体系与实际需求脱节、实践教学环节薄弱等。基于此,提出以能力为导向的人才培养理念,强调创新思维、跨学科知识融合及数字化技能培养的重要性。创新性地引入项目驱动式教学法,将真实商业案例融入课堂教学,强化学生解决复杂问题的能力。同时,建立多元评价体系,注重过程性评估与终结性评估相结合,促进学生全面发展。研究结果表明,新的培养模式能够显著提升学生的综合素质和就业竞争力,为高校工商管理专业教育改革提供了有益参考,也为培养适应知识经济时代的高素质管理人才奠定了理论基础。

Abstract
In the context of the knowledge economy era, traditional business administration talent cultivation models face numerous challenges. To meet the demands of contemporary development, this study focuses on constructing a business administration talent cultivation model that aligns with current socio-economic characteristics. Through systematic reviews of domestic and international literature and field research at representative universities and enterprises, this paper thoroughly analyzes existing issues in the current cultivation models, such as the disconnection between curriculum systems and practical needs, and the weakness in practical teaching components. Based on these findings, an ability-oriented talent cultivation philosophy is proposed, emphasizing the importance of innovative thinking, interdisciplinary knowledge integration, and digital skill development. Innovatively, project-driven teaching methods are introduced, integrating real-world business cases into classroom instruction to enhance students' capabilities in solving complex problems. Concurrently, a diversified evaluation system is established, combining formative and summative assessments to promote comprehensive student development. The results indicate that the new cultivation model significantly improves students' overall qualities and employability competitiveness, providing valuable references for educational reforms in business administration programs at higher education institutions and laying a theoretical foundation for cultivating high-quality management talents adaptable to the knowledge economy era.

Abstract
