摘 要
随着全球环境问题日益严峻和资源短缺现象愈发明显，企业可持续发展成为当今社会关注的焦点。本研究旨在探讨企业可持续发展战略的实施路径与效果评估，为企业实现可持续发展提供理论依据和实践指导。基于此目的，选取不同行业具有代表性的企业作为研究对象，运用文献分析法梳理相关理论基础，通过案例研究法深入剖析企业在战略规划、组织架构调整、技术创新投入、绿色供应链构建以及社会责任履行等方面的具体举措。同时，采用问卷调查与访谈相结合的方式收集一手数据，利用统计分析软件对数据进行处理，构建评价指标体系以量化评估企业可持续发展战略的效果。研究表明，企业通过优化内部管理流程、加强外部合作交流等途径能够有效推动可持续发展战略的实施，在经济效益、环境效益和社会效益三方面均取得显著成效。创新之处在于将定性分析与定量分析相结合，从多维度全面揭示企业可持续发展战略的实施路径及其带来的综合价值，为其他企业提供可借鉴的经验模式，丰富了企业可持续发展的理论体系并为相关政策制定提供参考。

Abstract
As global environmental issues become increasingly severe and resource shortages more pronounced, corporate sustainability has emerged as a focal point of societal concern. This study aims to explore the implementation pathways and effectiveness evaluation of corporate sustainable development strategies, providing theoretical foundations and practical guidance for achieving sustainability. To this end, representative enterprises from various industries were selected as research subjects. By employing literature analysis, relevant theoretical fr ameworks were systematically reviewed, while case studies provided in-depth examinations of specific measures adopted by companies in strategic planning, organizational restructuring, technological innovation investment, green supply chain construction, and social responsibility fulfillment. Simultaneously, primary data were collected through a combination of surveys and interviews, and statistical software was utilized to process the data. An evaluation indicator system was constructed to quantitatively assess the effectiveness of corporate sustainable development strategies. The findings indicate that optimizing internal management processes and enhancing external cooperation can effectively promote the implementation of sustainable development strategies, yielding significant outcomes in economic, environmental, and social benefits. The novelty of this research lies in its integration of qualitative and quantitative analyses, offering a comprehensive multi-dimensional revelation of the implementation pathways of corporate sustainable development strategies and their associated comprehensive value. This provides replicable models for other enterprises, enriches the theoretical fr amework of corporate sustainability, and offers valuable references for policy formulation.
