摘 要
中小企业多元化战略的风险与机遇是当前经济转型期的重要研究课题。随着市场竞争加剧和产业结构调整,中小企业面临转型升级压力,选择多元化战略成为众多企业的现实选择,但其蕴含的风险也不容忽视,本研究旨在探讨中小企业实施多元化战略所面临的风险与机遇,为中小企业提供理论指导和实践参考。通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果,运用案例分析法选取具有代表性的中小企业进行深入剖析,并结合问卷调查获取一手数据。研究表明,中小企业在资源有限的情况下实施多元化战略面临资金短缺、管理能力不足、市场风险等挑战,但也存在拓展市场空间、分散经营风险、获取协同效应等机遇。创新点在于从动态视角出发,构建了中小企业多元化战略风险评估体系,提出了基于企业核心竞争力的多元化战略选择路径,主要贡献是丰富了中小企业战略管理理论,为中小企业制定科学合理的多元化战略提供了依据,有助于提高中小企业的生存能力和竞争优势,在复杂多变的市场环境中实现可持续发展。

Abstract
The risks and opportunities associated with diversification strategies in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) constitute a critical research topic during the current period of economic transformation. As market competition intensifies and industrial structures undergo adjustment, SMEs face pressures to upgrade and transform, leading many to opt for diversification strategies; however, the inherent risks cannot be overlooked. This study aims to explore the risks and opportunities encountered by SMEs when implementing diversification strategies, providing theoretical guidance and practical references for SMEs. By employing literature analysis to review relevant research findings both domestically and internationally, and using case studies to conduct in-depth analyses of representative SMEs, combined with primary data obtained through surveys, this research reveals that SMEs, under conditions of limited resources, confront challenges such as capital shortages, inadequate managerial capabilities, and market risks when adopting diversification strategies. Nonetheless, opportunities exist for expanding market space, dispersing operational risks, and achieving synergistic effects. The innovation of this study lies in its dynamic perspective from which it constructs a risk assessment system for SME diversification strategies and proposes a path for selecting diversification strategies based on core competencies. Its main contribution is enriching the theory of strategic management in SMEs, providing a basis for formulating scientifically sound and reasonable diversification strategies, thereby enhancing the survival capability and competitive advantage of SMEs, and facilitating their sustainable development in a complex and volatile market environment.
