员工培训成本控制与效益最大化策略
摘 要
随着市场竞争的加剧和企业对人力资源重视程度的不断提高,员工培训成为提升企业竞争力的重要手段,但培训成本过高可能给企业带来经济压力,如何在控制成本的同时实现效益最大化成为亟待解决的问题。本研究旨在探讨员工培训成本控制与效益最大化的策略,基于成本 - 效益理论、人力资本理论等构建分析框架,采用文献研究法梳理相关理论基础与前人研究成果,运用案例分析法选取具有代表性的企业进行深入剖析,并通过问卷调查法获取大量一手数据以确保研究结论的科学性。研究表明,精准定位培训需求可避免资源浪费,合理的培训预算分配有助于成本控制,建立完善的培训效果评估体系能及时调整培训方案以提高效益。

Abstract
With the intensification of market competition and the continuous improvement of enterprises' attention to human resources, employee training has become an important means to improve the competitiveness of enterprises, but the high training cost may bring economic pressure to enterprises. How to maximize the benefits while controlling the cost has become an urgent problem to be solved. This study aims to explore the cost control of staff training and benefit maximization strategy, based on the cost-benefit theory, human capital theory construction analysis fr amework, using the literature research method combing related theoretical basis and previous research results, using case analysis method selected representative enterprises, and through the questionnaire method to obtain a large amount of data to ensure that the research conclusion is scientific. The research shows that accurate positioning of training needs can avoid the waste of resources, reasonable training budget allocation is conducive to cost control, and the establishment of a sound training effect evaluation system can adjust the training program in time to improve the benefits.
