员工培训满意度影响因素及提升路径研究
摘 要
随着企业竞争环境日益复杂,员工培训作为提升组织竞争力的重要手段备受关注。本研究聚焦于员工培训满意度影响因素及提升路径,旨在揭示影响员工培训满意度的关键要素并探索有效的提升策略。培训内容实用性、培训方式灵活性、培训师资专业性、培训时间安排合理性是影响员工培训满意度的主要因素。其中,培训内容实用性对员工培训满意度的影响最为显著,它直接关系到员工能否将所学知识技能应用到实际工作中;培训方式灵活性能够满足不同员工的学习需求,提高其参与积极性;培训师资专业性则确保了培训质量;合理的培训时间安排避免了与工作冲突。基于此,提出从优化培训课程设计、丰富培训形式、加强培训师队伍建设、科学规划培训时间等方面构建员工培训满意度提升路径,为企业开展高效员工培训提供理论依据和实践指导。

Abstract
With the increasingly complex competitive environment of enterprises, employee training has attracted much attention as an important means to enhance the competitiveness of organizations. This study focuses on the influencing factors and improvement paths of employee training satisfaction, aiming to reveal the key elements affecting employee training satisfaction and explore effective improvement strategies. The practicability of training content, flexibility of training methods, professionalism of training teachers and rationality of training schedule are the main factors affecting the satisfaction of staff training. Among them, the practicability of the training content has the most significant influence on the employees on the training satisfaction, which directly affects whether the employees can apply the knowledge and skills to the actual work; the flexibility of the training method can meet the learning needs of different employees and improve their enthusiasm for participation; the professionalism ensures the training quality; the reasonable training schedule avoids the conflict with the work. Based on this, it is proposed to build the improvement path of employee training satisfaction from the aspects of optimizing the training course design, enriching the training forms, strengthening the construction of the trainer team, and scientifically planning the training time, so as to provide theoretical basis and practical guidance for enterprises to carry out efficient employee training.

Abstract
