中小企业差异化竞争战略的实施 与效果评估


摘    要

  在全球经济一体化和市场竞争日益激烈的背景下,中小企业面临着巨大的生存与发展挑战,为在市场中立足并获取竞争优势,差异化竞争战略成为重要选择。本研究旨在探讨中小企业差异化竞争战略的实施路径与效果评估,基于资源基础理论和竞争优势理论,选取具有代表性的中小企业样本,运用问卷调查、实地访谈及案例分析等方法,从产品创新、服务优化、品牌形象塑造三个维度深入剖析差异化战略的具体实施举措。研究发现,积极推行差异化战略的企业在市场份额、客户满意度以及品牌忠诚度方面均有显著提升,尤其在创新能力培育和独特价值创造方面表现突出。通过构建评价指标体系对战略实施效果进行量化评估,结果显示,成功实施差异化战略的企业能够有效抵御市场风险,实现可持续发展。

Abstract 
  Under the background of global economic integration and increasingly fierce market competition, small and medium-sized enterprises are facing huge challenges of survival and development. In order to gain a foothold in the market and obtain competitive advantages, differentiated competitive strategy has become an important choice. This study aims to explore the implementation of small and medium-sized enterprise differentiation competition strategy path and effect evaluation, based on resource base theory and competitive advantage theory, select representative samples of small and medium-sized enterprises, using the questionnaire survey, field interview and case analysis, from product innovation, service optimization, brand image shaping three dimensions deeply analyze the specific implementation of differentiation strategy. The study found that enterprises that actively promote differentiation strategies have significantly improved in market share, customer satisfaction and brand loyalty, especially in the cultivation of innovation ability and unique value creation. Through the construction of the evaluation index system to quantify the implementation effect of the strategy, the results show that the enterprises that successfully implement the differentiated strategy can effectively resist the market risks and achieve sustainable development.
