摘    要

  随着信息技术的迅猛发展,数字化转型成为企业提升竞争力的关键路径,而员工培训作为推动这一进程的重要环节,其内容与方式亟待创新。本研究旨在探讨数字化转型背景下员工培训内容与方式的创新策略,以适应新时代企业发展需求。通过文献综述、案例分析及问卷调查等方法,系统梳理了当前员工培训存在的问题,包括传统培训模式难以满足数字化技能需求、培训内容更新滞后以及培训效果评估体系不完善等。研究发现,基于大数据分析的个性化培训方案设计、虚拟现实技术在技能培训中的应用以及在线学习平台的智能化升级是实现培训创新的有效途径。这些创新不仅提高了培训的针对性和实效性,还增强了员工的学习体验和参与度。研究表明,构建以数据驱动为核心的培训体系,能够精准匹配员工技能短板与企业战略目标,从而显著提升培训效果。

Abstract 
  With the rapid development of information technology, digital transformation has become a key path for enterprises to enhance their competitiveness, and staff training, as an important link to promote this process, the content and methods of staff training urgently need to be innovated. This study aims to explore innovative strategies for the content and approach of employee training in the context of digital transformation to meet the development needs of enterprises in the new era. Through literature review, case analysis and questionnaire survey methods, the problems existing in the current staff training are systematically sorted out, including the traditional training mode is difficult to meet the needs of digital skills, the training content update lag, and the imperfect training effect evaluation system. It is found that the design of personalized training program based on big data analysis, the application of virtual reality technology in skills training and the intelligent upgrading of online learning platform are effective ways to realize training innovation. These innovations not only improve the pertinacity and effectiveness of the training, but also enhance the learning experience and participation of employees. The research shows that the construction of a data-driven training system can accurately match the skills of employees and corporate strategic goals, so as to significantly improve the training effect.
