企业战略实施中的执行力问题与对策
摘 要
企业战略实施中的执行力问题与对策研究聚焦于当前企业在战略执行过程中面临的挑战,随着市场竞争加剧和经营环境复杂化,企业战略的有效落地成为决定其生存发展的关键因素。本研究旨在深入剖析执行力在战略实施中的作用机制,通过对企业内部管理流程、组织架构及人员素质等多维度考察,揭示影响执行力的关键要素。采用文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法,选取不同规模和行业的典型企业进行实证研究,发现多数企业在战略分解、资源配置以及绩效评估方面存在不足,导致战略目标难以实现。研究结果表明,构建科学合理的执行体系是提升企业执行力的核心,具体包括优化组织结构以增强灵活性、完善激励机制调动员工积极性、强化培训提高团队专业能力。

Abstract
The research on the execution problems and countermeasures in the implementation of enterprise strategy focuses on the challenges faced by enterprises in the process of strategy implementation. With the intensification of market competition and the complexity of business environment, the effective implementation of enterprise strategy has become the key factor to determine its survival and development. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the role mechanism of execution in strategy implementation, and reveal the key elements affecting execution through the multi-dimensional investigation of enterprise internal management process, organizational structure and personnel quality. Using the method of combining literature review and case analysis, typical enterprises of different sizes and industries were selected for empirical research, and found that most enterprises had deficiencies in strategic decomposition, resource allocation and performance evaluation, which led to it difficult to achieve strategic goals. The results show that building a scientific and reasonable implementation system is the core of improving the execution ability of enterprises, including optimizing the organizational structure to enhance flexibility, improving the incentive mechanism to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, strengthening training and improving the professional ability of the team.
