企业生产流程再造中的问题与对策研究
摘 要
随着全球经济一体化进程加快,企业面临日益激烈的市场竞争和不断变化的客户需求,传统生产流程逐渐暴露出效率低下、响应迟缓等问题。本研究聚焦企业生产流程再造过程中的关键问题,旨在通过系统分析影响生产流程优化的核心要素,为企业提供切实可行的解决方案。基于文献综述与案例分析相结合的研究方法,选取具有代表性的制造型企业进行深入剖析,发现企业在流程再造过程中普遍存在组织架构僵化、信息化程度不足、员工参与度低等共性问题。通过对样本企业的定量与定性分析,提出以信息技术为支撑、以组织变革为核心、以全员参与为导向的综合解决方案。研究结果表明,有效的流程再造不仅能够显著提升生产效率,还能增强企业的市场竞争力和应变能力。

Abstract
With the acceleration of the global economic integration process, enterprises are faced with increasingly fierce market competition and changing customer demand, and the traditional production process has gradually exposed the problems such as low efficiency and slow response. This study focuses on the key problems in the process of enterprise production process reengineering, and aims to provide practical solutions for enterprises by systematically analyzing the core elements that affect the optimization of the production process. Based on the research method combining literature review and case analysis, representative manufacturing enterprises were selected for in-depth analysis, and found that there are common problems of rigid organizational structure, insufficient information degree and low employee participation in the process of process reengineering. Through the quantitative and qualitative analysis of sample enterprises, a comprehensive solution with information technology as the support, organizational change as the core and full participation oriented is proposed. The results show that effective process reengineering can not only significantly improve the production efficiency, but also enhance the market competitiveness and strain capacity of enterprises.
