企业库存管理策略的优化与成本控制
摘 要
企业库存管理作为供应链管理中的关键环节,直接影响企业的运营效率与成本控制。在当前复杂多变的市场环境下,企业面临着需求波动、供应链不确定性等多重挑战,传统的库存管理模式难以满足现代企业管理需求。为此,本文旨在探讨优化企业库存管理策略以实现有效成本控制的方法。研究基于系统动力学理论,构建了包含供应商、制造商和零售商在内的三级供应链库存模型,运用仿真技术模拟不同库存策略下的运行状态。通过对比分析发现,在引入智能预测算法后,能够显著提高需求预测准确性,进而优化安全库存水平;采用VMI(供应商管理库存)模式可减少牛鞭效应影响,降低整体库存持有成本约15% - 20%。此外,建立动态补货机制,根据实际销售情况灵活调整订货量,进一步增强了库存管理灵活性与响应速度。

Abstract
As a key link in supply chain management, enterprise inventory management directly affects the operation efficiency and cost control of enterprises. In the current complex and changeable market environment, enterprises are faced with multiple challenges such as demand fluctuations and supply chain uncertainty, and the traditional inventory management mode is difficult to meet the needs of modern enterprise management. To this end, this paper aims to explore the optimization of enterprise inventory management strategies to achieve effective cost control. Based on the theory of system dynamics, a three-level supply chain inventory model including suppliers, manufacturers and retailers is constructed, and the simulation technology is used to simulate the operating state under different inventory strategies. Through comparative analysis, it is found that the demand prediction accuracy and optimize the safety inventory level; VMI (Supplier managed inventory) model can reduce the bullwhip effect and reduce the overall inventory holding cost by about 15% -20%. In addition, the establishment of a dynamic replenishment mechanism, flexibly adjust the order volume according to the actual sales situation, further enhance the flexibility and response speed of inventory management.
