摘    要

  随着企业竞争环境日益复杂,构建科学有效的员工培训体系成为提升组织竞争力的关键。基于胜任力模型的员工培训体系构建旨在通过系统分析岗位要求与员工能力差距,为企业提供精准的人才发展方案。本研究以现代企业管理理论为基础,结合心理学、教育学等多学科视角,运用文献研究法、问卷调查法和案例分析法,对不同行业企业的培训现状进行深入调研。通过对120家样本企业的数据收集与分析,发现现有培训体系普遍存在针对性不足、效果评估缺失等问题。为此,本文提出基于胜任力模型的“五维一体”培训框架,涵盖需求分析、课程设计、实施路径、效果评估及反馈改进五个方面。

Abstract 
  With the increasingly complex competitive environment of enterprises, the construction of a scientific and effective employee training system has become the key to improve the competitiveness of the organization. The construction of the employee training system based on the competency model aims to provide an accurate talent development plan for enterprises through the systematic analysis of the gap between job requirements and employee ability. Based on the modern enterprise management theory, combined with the multidisciplinary perspectives of psychology and pedagogy, this study uses literature research, questionnaire survey and case analysis to conduct in-depth research on the training status of enterprises in different industries. Through the data collection and analysis of 120 sample enterprises, it is found that the existing training system generally has problems such as lack of pertinence and lack of effect evaluation. To this end, this paper puts forward a "five-dimensional all-in-one" training fr amework based on the competency model, covering five aspects: demand analysis, course design, implementation path, effect evaluation and feedback improvement.
