  随着全球制造业竞争加剧,精益生产作为提升企业竞争力的重要手段受到广泛关注。本文聚焦于精益生产理念在制造业运营优化中的应用,旨在通过系统性研究探索适合中国制造业企业的精益化转型路径。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对典型制造企业的实地调研,构建了涵盖价值流分析、流程再造、库存管理等多维度的精益生产评价体系,并引入大数据分析技术实现对生产过程的实时监控与动态优化。研究发现,实施精益生产能够显著降低生产成本、缩短产品交付周期、提高产品质量和客户满意度。创新之处在于将传统精益工具与现代信息技术相结合,提出了基于数据驱动的精益生产新模式,为企业提供了可操作性强的实施方案。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of global manufacturing competition, lean production has attracted wide attention as an important means to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. This paper focuses on the application of lean production concept in manufacturing operation optimization, and aims to explore the lean transformation path suitable for Chinese manufacturing enterprises through systematic research. Through the sorting of relevant literature at home and abroad and the field research of typical manufacturing enterprises, a multi-dimensional lean production evaluation system covering value flow analysis, process reengineering, inventory management is constructed, and big data analysis technology is introduced to realize real-time monitoring and dynamic optimization of the production process. The study found that the implementation of lean production can significantly reduce production costs, shorten the product delivery cycle, and improve product quality and customer satisfaction. The innovation lies in the combination of traditional lean tools and modern information technology, and puts forward a new lean production model based on data drive, which provides enterprises with a highly operable implementation plan.
