摘    要

  随着现代企业竞争日益激烈,员工培训激励成为提升组织绩效和员工个人发展的重要手段。基于成就动机理论,本研究旨在探讨如何通过科学合理的培训激励策略提高员工的工作积极性和成就感。通过对国内外相关文献的系统梳理,结合问卷调查与案例分析,选取了具有代表性的企业样本进行实证研究。研究发现,将成就动机理论融入员工培训体系能够显著提升员工的学习动力和工作效能,具体表现在个性化培训方案设计、目标设定机制优化以及反馈评价体系完善等方面。创新性地提出了以成就需求为导向的培训激励框架,强调根据不同员工的成就动机水平定制差异化培训路径,并引入即时反馈与长期跟踪相结合的评估模式。研究结果表明,该框架有助于增强员工对自身能力的信心,激发内在驱动力,进而促进个体与组织共同成长。

Abstract 
  With the increasingly fierce competition in modern enterprises, employee training and incentive have become an important means to improve organizational performance and employee personal development. Based on the achievement motivation theory, this study aims to explore how to improve the work motivation and sense of achievement through scientific and reasonable training incentive strategies. Through the systematic combing of relevant literature at home and abroad, combined with questionnaire survey and case analysis, a representative sample of enterprises is selected for empirical research. It is found that the integration of achievement motivation theory into the employee training system can significantly improve the learning motivation and work efficiency of employees, which is embodied in the design of personalized training program, optimization of goal setting mechanism and improvement of feedback evaluation system.innovatively proposed an achievement demand-oriented training incentive fr amework, emphasizing tailoring differentiated training paths according to different employees' achievement motivation levels, and introducing an evaluation model combining immediate feedback with long-term tracking. The results show that the fr amework helps to enhance employees' confidence in their own abilities, stimulate internal drivers, and then promote the common growth of individuals and organizations.
