摘    要

  随着全球化竞争加剧和市场环境日益复杂,企业战略执行力成为决定企业成败的关键因素。本研究聚焦高管领导力培训对企业战略执行力的作用,旨在探讨通过系统化的领导力培训能否有效提升企业战略执行能力。基于资源基础理论与领导力理论,采用问卷调查法和案例分析法相结合的方式,选取了来自不同行业的120家企业作为样本,共收集有效问卷1560份,并对其中8家代表性企业进行了深度访谈。研究发现,经过系统化领导力培训的高管团队,在战略理解、资源配置、组织协调以及变革推动等方面表现出显著优势。具体而言,培训不仅提升了高管个人的战略思维能力,更重要的是促进了团队协作与决策效率,使得企业在面对复杂多变的市场环境时能够快速响应并有效执行既定战略。

Abstract 
  With the intensification of global competition and the increasingly complex market environment, the strategic execution has become the key factor to determine the success or failure of enterprises. This study focuses on the role of executive leadership training on corporate strategic execution, and aims to explore whether the corporate strategic execution ability can be effectively improved through systematic leadership training. Based on the resource-based theory and leadership theory, using the combination of questionnaire survey and case analysis, 120 enterprises from different industries were selected as samples, a total of 1560 valid questionnaires were collected, and in-depth interviews were conducted with 8 representative enterprises. The study found that executive teams trained in systematic leadership showed significant advantages in strategic understanding, resource allocation, organizational coordination, and change promotion. To be specific, the training not only improves the strategic thinking ability of senior executives, but more importantly, promotes teamwork and decision-making efficiency, so that enterprises can quickly respond and effectively implement the established strategies in the face of complex and changeable market environment.
