摘 要
在当今全球化竞争日益激烈的背景下,企业面临着提高生产效率以增强竞争力的迫切需求。本研究聚焦于运营管理中的生产效率提升问题,旨在通过系统分析影响生产效率的关键因素,提出切实可行的优化对策。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对典型制造企业的实地调研,结合定性与定量分析方法,构建了涵盖资源利用、流程优化、技术创新和人员管理四个维度的综合评价体系。研究发现,传统管理模式下存在资源配置不合理、流程冗长低效、技术更新滞后及员工积极性不足等问题,严重制约了生产效率的提升。创新性地提出了基于大数据分析的智能排产方案,实现了生产计划的动态调整;引入精益生产理念,精简非增值环节;建立多维度激励机制,激发员工创造力。实证研究表明,上述措施能够有效缩短生产周期20%以上,降低单位产品成本15%,显著提高产品质量合格率。本研究不仅为企业提供了可操作性强的实践指南,还为运营管理理论注入了新的内涵,对于推动制造业转型升级具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
In the context of increasingly fierce global competition, enterprises are confronted with the urgent need to enhance production efficiency to boost competitiveness. This study focuses on improving production efficiency in operations management, aiming to identify key factors influencing production efficiency and propose practical optimization strategies. By reviewing relevant domestic and international literature and conducting field research in typical manufacturing enterprises, this study employs both qualitative and quantitative analysis methods to construct a comprehensive evaluation system encompassing four dimensions: resource utilization, process optimization, technological innovation, and personnel management. The findings reveal that under traditional management models, issues such as irrational resource allocation, lengthy and inefficient processes, lagging technological updates, and insufficient employee motivation significantly impede the improvement of production efficiency. Innovatively, this study proposes an intelligent scheduling scheme based on big data analysis, achieving dynamic adjustment of production plans; it introduces lean production concepts to streamline non-value-adding processes; and establishes multi-dimensional incentive mechanisms to stimulate employee creativity. Empirical studies show that these measures can effectively reduce production cycles by more than 20%, decrease unit product costs by 15%, and markedly improve product quality qualification rates. This research not only provides enterprises with practical guidelines but also enriches the theory of operations management, offering significant reference value for promoting the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.
