摘 要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈和客户需求的多样化,企业面临着提高生产效率、降低成本、提升产品质量等多方面的压力,对生产流程优化的需求愈发迫切。本研究聚焦运营管理中的生产流程优化问题,旨在通过系统分析现有生产流程中存在的瓶颈与低效环节,提出切实可行的优化对策。基于精益生产理论与系统动力学方法,结合案例企业的实际生产数据,构建了包含生产计划、物料流转、设备维护等多维度的生产流程模型,并运用仿真技术模拟不同优化方案的效果。结果表明,通过消除浪费、平衡工序能力、优化库存管理等措施,可显著提高生产效率约20%,降低单位产品成本15%左右,同时使产品质量合格率提升了8个百分点。本研究创新性地将系统动力学与精益生产理念深度融合,不仅为解决生产流程优化提供了新视角,还为企业实现精细化管理、增强市场竞争力提供了理论依据和技术支持,对推动制造业转型升级具有重要参考价值。

Abstract
As market competition intensifies and customer demands become more diversified, enterprises are under increasing pressure to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality, making the need for production process optimization more urgent. This study focuses on production process optimization in operations management, aiming to systematically analyze bottlenecks and inefficiencies in existing production processes and propose practical optimization strategies. By integrating lean production theory with system dynamics methodology, and utilizing actual production data from a case enterprise, a multi-dimensional production process model encompassing production planning, material flow, and equipment maintenance was constructed. Simulation technology was employed to evaluate the effects of various optimization scenarios. The results indicate that measures such as eliminating waste, balancing process capabilities, and optimizing inventory management can significantly increase production efficiency by approximately 20%, reduce unit product costs by around 15%, and improve product quality compliance rates by 8 percentage points. Innovatively merging system dynamics with lean production concepts, this research not only provides a new perspective for addressing production process optimization but also offers theoretical foundations and technical support for enterprises to achieve refined management and enhance market competitiveness, contributing importantly to the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries.
