  库存管理作为运营管理的关键环节,对企业的成本控制、客户满意度和市场竞争力有着深远影响。随着全球化进程加快和市场竞争加剧,企业面临更加复杂的供需环境,传统库存管理模式难以适应快速变化的市场需求,导致库存积压或缺货现象频发,严重影响企业运营效率。为此,本文聚焦于运营管理中的库存管理优化问题及对策研究,旨在通过构建科学合理的库存管理体系,提升企业应对市场波动的能力。基于此,本文采用文献分析法梳理国内外相关研究成果,运用案例分析法剖析典型企业在库存管理方面存在的问题及其成因,并结合系统动力学模型模拟不同库存策略对企业绩效的影响。研究表明,在需求预测准确性提高的基础上,实施供应商管理库存(VMI)、联合库存管理(JMI)等先进模式可有效降低库存成本,缩短交货周期,增强供应链协同效应。同时,引入大数据、物联网等新兴技术手段能够进一步优化库存决策流程,实现精准化、智能化管理。本文创新性地将新兴技术与传统库存管理理论相结合,为解决库存管理难题提供了新思路,不仅有助于企业制定更有效的库存策略,还为企业在复杂多变的市场环境中保持竞争优势提供了理论支持。

Abstract 
  Inventory management, as a critical component of operations management, profoundly influences cost control, customer satisfaction, and market competitiveness. With the acceleration of globalization and intensification of market competition, enterprises face increasingly complex supply-demand environments. Traditional inventory management models struggle to adapt to rapidly changing market demands, leading to frequent occurrences of inventory overstock or stockouts, which severely impact operational efficiency. This study focuses on optimizing inventory management within operations management, aiming to establish a scientific and rational inventory management system to enhance enterprises' ability to respond to market fluctuations. Based on this ob jective, this study employs literature analysis to review relevant research findings both domestically and internationally, uses case analysis to examine issues and their causes in inventory management practices of typical enterprises, and applies system dynamics modeling to simulate the impact of different inventory strategies on corporate performance. The research indicates that implementing advanced models such as Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Joint Managed Inventory (JMI), on the basis of improved demand forecasting accuracy, can effectively reduce inventory costs, shorten delivery cycles, and strengthen supply chain synergies. Moreover, integrating emerging technologies like big data and the Internet of Things can further optimize inventory decision-making processes, achieving precise and intelligent management. Innovatively combining emerging technologies with traditional inventory management theories provides new approaches to solving inventory management challenges, not only aiding enterprises in formulating more effective inventory strategies but also offering theoretical support for maintaining competitive advantages in a complex and volatile market environment.
