摘 要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈和经济环境的不确定性增加，企业面临着前所未有的成本压力，如何有效控制成本成为企业财务管理的核心议题。本研究旨在探讨企业财务管理中的成本控制问题及对策，通过文献综述与案例分析相结合的方法，深入剖析企业在成本控制方面存在的主要问题，包括成本核算体系不完善、预算管理执行不到位、成本控制意识淡薄等。研究发现，传统成本控制方法难以适应现代企业管理需求，需要引入精细化管理和信息化手段。通过对多家企业的实地调研，提出构建全面成本管理体系、优化成本核算流程、强化预算约束机制、提升全员成本意识等对策建议。研究结果表明，建立科学合理的成本控制体系能够显著提高企业经济效益，增强市场竞争力。本研究创新性地将信息技术与成本管理深度融合，为解决企业成本控制难题提供了新思路，对推动企业财务管理现代化具有重要理论价值和实践指导意义。

Abstract
As market competition intensifies and economic uncertainty increases, enterprises are facing unprecedented cost pressures, making effective cost control a central issue in financial management. This study aims to explore the problems and countermeasures of cost control in enterprise financial management by integrating literature review with case analysis, delving into the primary issues encountered by enterprises in cost control, such as an imperfect cost accounting system, inadequate implementation of budget management, and weak cost control awareness. The findings indicate that traditional cost control methods struggle to meet the demands of modern enterprise management, necessitating the introduction of refined management practices and information technology. Through field research at multiple enterprises, this study proposes establishing a comprehensive cost management system, optimizing cost accounting processes, strengthening budgetary constraint mechanisms, and enhancing cost consciousness among all employees. The results demonstrate that constructing a scientific and rational cost control system can significantly improve corporate economic efficiency and enhance market competitiveness. Innovatively integrating information technology with cost management, this study offers new approaches to addressing enterprise cost control challenges, providing significant theoretical value and practical guidance for advancing the modernization of enterprise financial management.
