摘 要
随着全球化进程加速和市场竞争日益激烈，供应链协同管理成为企业提升竞争力的关键。本研究聚焦于供应链协同管理中的问题与对策，旨在通过系统分析现有供应链协同模式中存在的障碍，提出切实可行的优化方案。通过对国内外相关文献的梳理以及对典型企业的实地调研，发现当前供应链协同面临的主要问题包括信息不对称、利益分配不均、信任机制缺失等。针对上述问题，本文构建了基于区块链技术的信任保障机制，提出了以价值共创为导向的利益分配模型，并设计了多主体参与的信息共享平台。研究结果表明，这些创新举措能够有效改善供应链各节点之间的协作效率，增强整体抗风险能力。特别是区块链技术的应用为解决信任难题提供了新的思路，实现了供应链数据的安全透明流转。本研究不仅为企业实施有效的供应链协同管理提供了理论依据，也为相关政策制定者完善供应链管理体系提供了参考借鉴，对于推动我国供应链现代化建设具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the acceleration of globalization and intensifying market competition, supply chain collaborative management has become crucial for enhancing corporate competitiveness. This study focuses on issues and countermeasures in supply chain collaboration, aiming to analyze systematically the obstacles present in existing collaborative models and propose practical optimization solutions. By reviewing relevant literature both domestically and internationally, as well as conducting field research in typical enterprises, it was found that major challenges facing current supply chain collaboration include information asymmetry, uneven profit distribution, and lack of trust mechanisms. To address these issues, this paper constructs a trust assurance mechanism based on blockchain technology, proposes a profit distribution model oriented towards value co-creation, and designs a multi-party participation information sharing platform. The research findings indicate that these innovative measures can effectively improve collaboration efficiency among supply chain nodes and enhance overall risk resistance capabilities. Particularly, the application of blockchain technology provides new approaches to solving trust problems, achieving secure and transparent data flow within the supply chain. This study not only offers theoretical support for enterprises to implement effective supply chain collaborative management but also provides valuable references for policymakers to refine supply chain management systems, contributing significantly to the modernization of China's supply chain construction.
