智能制造中的数字孪生技术应用研究
摘 要
随着工业4.0的推进,智能制造成为制造业转型升级的关键方向,数字孪生技术作为智能制造的核心支撑技术之一,为实现物理世界与信息世界的深度融合提供了可能。本研究旨在探讨数字孪生技术在智能制造中的应用,以提升制造系统的智能化水平和生产效率为目的。通过文献综述、案例分析以及对实际应用场景的调研等方法,深入剖析了数字孪生技术在产品设计、生产过程监控、设备维护预测等方面的应用现状及挑战。研究表明,数字孪生技术能够构建虚拟模型与实体系统之间的双向映射关系,实现全生命周期的数据采集、分析与反馈控制,从而优化制造流程,降低运营成本,提高产品质量。

Abstract
With the promotion of Industry 4.0, intelligent manufacturing has become the key direction of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. As one of the core supporting technologies of intelligent manufacturing, digital twin technology provides the possibility for realizing the deep integration of the physical world and the information world. This study aims to explore the application of digital twin technology in intelligent manufacturing to improve the intelligence level and production efficiency of the manufacturing system. Through literature review, case analysis and investigation of practical application scenarios, the application status and challenges of digital twin technology in product design, production process monitoring, equipment maintenance and prediction are deeply analyzed. Research shows that digital twin technology can build a two-way mapping relationship between virtual model and entity system, and realize data collection, analysis and feedback control in the whole life cycle, so as to optimize the manufacturing process, reduce operating costs and improve product quality.
