企业国际化战略的选择与实施路径

  在全球经济一体化背景下,企业国际化成为提升竞争力的必然选择。本研究旨在探讨不同类型企业在国际化进程中面临的战略选择及实施路径问题,聚焦于如何根据企业自身资源禀赋与外部环境变化制定适宜的发展策略。通过对126家跨国企业的问卷调查和深度访谈,结合案例分析法,系统梳理了企业在国际化过程中面临的机遇与挑战。研究发现,企业国际化战略的选择受到内部资源能力、行业特征、目标市场环境等多重因素影响,不同发展阶段的企业应采取差异化的战略模式。具体而言,初创型企业宜采用渐进式探索战略,成熟型企业则可考虑跨越式发展路径。本研究创新性地构建了基于动态能力理论的企业国际化战略框架,为现有理论提供了有益补充。该框架不仅揭示了企业国际化进程中的关键影响因素及其作用机制,还为企业管理者提供了具有操作性的决策参考。

Abstract 
  In the context of global economic integration, enterprise internationalization has become an inevitable choice to enhance their competitiveness. The purpose of this study is to explore the strategic selection and implementation path faced by different types of enterprises in the process of internationalization, and to focus on how to formulate appropriate development strategies according to their own resource endowment and external environment changes. Through the questionnaire survey and in-depth interview with 126 multinational enterprises, combined with the case analysis method, the opportunities and challenges faced by enterprises in the internationalization process are systematically reviewed. It is found that the choice of enterprise internationalization strategy is influenced by multiple factors such as internal resource ability, industry characteristics and target market environment, and enterprises at different development stages should adopt differentiated strategic mode. Specifically, start-up enterprises should adopt the strategy of gradual exploration, while mature enterprises can consider the leapfrog development path. This research innovatively constructs the strategic fr amework of enterprise internationalization based on the dynamic capability theory, which provides a useful supplement to the existing theory. This fr amework not only reveals the key influencing factors and their action mechanism in the process of enterprise internationalization, but also provides an operational decision reference for enterprise managers.
