摘 要
食品标签作为连接生产者与消费者的桥梁,在保障消费者知情权、维护市场秩序方面发挥着重要作用。随着食品安全问题日益受到关注,各国纷纷加强对食品标签的法律规制。本研究旨在探讨现行食品标签法律法规对市场的影响,通过文献分析法梳理国内外相关法规政策,运用案例分析法剖析典型实例,并借助问卷调查获取一手数据。研究发现,严格的标签制度有助于提升消费者信任度,但部分规定存在执行成本高、操作性不强等问题。通过对不同国家和地区立法模式的比较,提出应构建科学合理的分类体系,简化审批流程,强化事中事后监管等建议。本研究创新性地将消费者认知纳入评价体系,首次系统评估了标签法规的经济效应和社会效益,为完善我国食品标签管理制度提供了理论依据和实践参考,具有重要的现实意义。同时,研究结果表明适度的法律规制能够有效促进市场健康发展,实现消费者权益保护与企业合规经营的良性互动。

Abstract
Food labeling serves as a critical link between producers and consumers, playing an essential role in safeguarding consumer rights to information and maintaining market order. As food safety concerns have gained increasing attention, countries worldwide have strengthened legal regulations on food labeling. This study aims to investigate the impact of current food labeling laws and regulations on the market. Through literature analysis, it reviews relevant policies and regulations both domestically and internationally, employs case studies to analyze typical instances, and utilizes survey questionnaires to obtain primary data. The findings indicate that stringent labeling systems enhance consumer trust but also reveal issues such as high implementation costs and operational challenges. By comparing legislative models across different countries and regions, this study proposes establishing a scientifically sound classification system, streamlining approval processes, and reinforcing mid- and post-event supervision. Innovatively, this research incorporates consumer perception into the evaluation fr amework, systematically assessing the economic and social benefits of labeling regulations for the first time. It provides theoretical foundations and practical references for improving China's food labeling management system, highlighting its significant practical implications. Moreover, the results demonstrate that moderate legal regulation can effectively promote healthy market development, achieving a positive interaction between consumer rights protection and corporate compliance.
