摘 要
经济全球化推动国际贸易增长，知识产权争端随之增多且复杂化，对争端解决机制提出挑战。本文通过研究WTO框架下的争端解决机制，发现其存在程序冗长、执行不力等问题，并指出国家间知识产权保护标准差异导致解决难度增加。文章构建了一个综合评价模型，从法律、司法、国际合作三个维度评估机制有效性，并提出优化建议。主要贡献在于为完善知识产权争端解决机制提供理论与实践指导，强调加强多边合作，建立更公平、高效争端解决体系，适应国际经贸变化，促进贸易发展。同时，提出差异化保护原则，保障发展中国家平等权益。

Abstract
Economic globalization has driven the growth of international trade, and intellectual property disputes have increased and complicated, challenging the dispute settlement mechanism. By studying the dispute settlement mechanism under the WTO fr amework, this paper finds that there are problems such as lengthy procedures and ineffective implementation, and points out that the differences in intellectual property protection standards among countries lead to the difficulty of settlement. This paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation model to evaluate the effectiveness of the mechanism from three dimensions of law, justice and international cooperation, and puts forward optimization suggestions. The main contribution lies in providing theoretical and practical guidance for improving the IPR dispute settlement mechanism, emphasizing strengthening multilateral cooperation, establishing a fairer and more efficient dispute settlement system, adapting to international economic and trade changes and promoting trade development. At the same time, the principle of differentiated protection is proposed to protect the equal rights and interests of developing countries.
