随着中国汽车保有量持续增长,汽车后市场服务迎来发展机遇与挑战并存的新阶段。为应对传统商业模式难以满足消费者日益多样化需求的问题,本研究聚焦于汽车后市场服务的商业模式创新,旨在探索适应新时代发展的新型商业路径。数字化转型成为推动汽车后市场服务变革的关键力量,基于大数据、云计算、物联网等新兴技术的应用,实现了服务流程优化、客户体验提升以及成本有效控制。同时,跨界融合趋势明显,汽车后市场服务正逐步打破行业边界,与金融、保险、互联网等领域深度融合,创造出更多元化的增值服务。此外,平台化运营模式展现出巨大潜力,通过整合上下游资源,形成互利共赢的生态系统。本研究不仅揭示了当前汽车后市场服务商业模式创新的主要方向,还为企业提供了可借鉴的操作指南,对于促进整个行业的转型升级具有重要意义。

Abstract
With the continuous growth of car ownership in China, automotive aftermarket services have ushered in a new stage of development opportunities and challenges. In order to deal with the problem that traditional business models are difficult to meet the increasingly diversified needs of consumers, this study focuses on the business model innovation of automotive aftermarket service, aiming to explore a new business path to adapt to the development of the new era. Digital transformation has become a key force to promote the transformation of automotive aftermarket services. Based on the application of emerging technologies such as big data, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things, service process optimization, customer experience improvement, and cost effective control have been realized. At the same time, the trend of cross-border integration is obvious, and automotive aftermarket services are gradually breaking the industry boundaries, deeply integrating with finance, insurance, Internet and other fields to create more diversified value-added services. In addition, the platform operation model shows great potential to form a mutually beneficial and win-win ecosystem by integrating upstream and downstream resources. This study not only reveals the main direction of the current automotive aftermarket service business model innovation, but also provides enterprises with a reference operation guide, which is of great significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of the entire industry.
