牛羊布鲁氏菌病流行与防控措施研究








摘  要


牛羊布鲁氏菌病是一种广泛分布于全球的传染病,对牛羊养殖业产生了严重影响。本研究旨在调查牛羊布鲁氏菌病的病原学特征、流行病学特征、临床表现与诊断方法,并提出相应的防控措施。通过对相关文献资料的分析和实地调查,找到了布鲁氏菌的分类地位、形态特征和生物学特性。同时,研究了布鲁氏菌的致病机制和传播途径,以及牛羊布鲁氏菌病的流行区域、分布特点和影响因素。在临床方面,详细描述了牛羊布鲁氏菌病的临床症状、病理变化和实验室诊断方法。最后,提出了针对牛羊布鲁氏菌病的防控策略,包括加强饲养管理、兽医卫生监督与执法、综合防治技术研究与推广,以及国际合作与交流。该研究为牛羊布鲁氏菌病的防控提供了重要的科学依据。

STUDY ON EPIDEMIC AND PREVENTION MEASURES OF BRUCELLOSIS IN CATTLE AND SHEEP


ABSTRACT


Brucellosis of cattle and sheep is an infectious disease widely distributed in the world, which has a serious impact on cattle and sheep breeding industry. The aim of this study was to investigate the etiological characteristics, epidemiological characteristics, clinical manifestations and diagnostic methods of brucellosis in cattle and sheep, and to propose corresponding prevention and control measures. Through the analysis of relevant literature and field investigation, the taxonomic status, morphological characteristics and biological characteristics of Brucella were found. At the same time, the pathogenic mechanism and transmission route of brucellosis, as well as the endemic area, distribution characteristics and influencing factors of brucellosis in cattle and sheep were studied. In clinical aspect, the clinical symptoms, pathological changes and laboratory diagnosis methods of brucellosis in cattle and sheep were described in detail. Finally, the prevention and control strategies for brucellosis in cattle and sheep were put forward, including strengthening feeding management, veterinary health supervision and law enforcement, research and promotion of integrated control technology, and international cooperation and exchange. This study provides an important scientific basis for the prevention and control of brucellosis in cattle and sheep.
