我国未成年人监护权撤销法律制度研究 -法学专业

摘要

本研究针对我国未成年人监护权撤销法律制度进行了深入探讨。随着社会发展和家庭结构的变化，未成年人监护权问题日益凸显，撤销监护权的法律制度在实践中显得尤为关键。本研究旨在分析现行法律制度的不足，并提出相应的完善建议，以保障未成年人的合法权益。当前制度存在监护人资格标准模糊、撤销程序不够明确、监督机制不完善等问题。针对这些问题，本研究创新性地提出了明确监护人资格标准、细化撤销程序、强化监督机制等具体建议。通过本研究的分析和建议，有望推动我国未成年人监护权撤销法律制度的进步，从而更好地保护未成年人的合法权益，促进社会和谐稳定发展。

Abstract

This study makes an in-depth study on the legal system of the revocation of custody of minors in our country. With the development of society and the change of family structure, the issue of guardianship of minors has become increasingly prominent, and the legal system of revoking guardianship is particularly crucial in practice. The purpose of this study is to analyze the deficiencies of the current legal system and put forward corresponding suggestions to improve it, so as to protect the legitimate rights and interests of minors. At present, there are some problems in the system, such as fuzzy standard of guardian qualification, unclear revocation procedure and imperfect supervision mechanism. In response to these problems, this study innovatively put forward specific suggestions such as clarifying the guardian qualification standard, refining the revocation procedure, and strengthening the supervision mechanism. Through the analysis and suggestions of this study, it is expected to promote the progress of the legal system of the guardianship of minors in our country, so as to better protect the legal rights and interests of minors and promote the harmonious and stable development of society.
