摘 要
本研究针对刑事诉讼中辩护律师权利保障的现实问题，旨在提出有效的对策以优化辩护律师的执业环境，进而维护司法公正与律师职业的合法权益。通过综合运用文献分析、案例研究及实地调研等方法，深入剖析了当前辩护律师在刑事诉讼中所面临的权利保障困境，在此基础上，本研究创新性地提出了完善相关法律法规，加强司法监督，构建律师职业权益保护体系，通过设立维权机构、完善职业保险制度等措施，为辩护律师提供全方位的支持与保护。本研究的主要贡献在于，不仅系统地梳理了刑事诉讼中辩护律师权利保障的现状与问题，更从立法、司法和职业保护三个层面出发，提出了具有可操作性和针对性的解决方案，为推动我国刑事诉讼制度的改革与完善提供了有益的参考。

Abstract
Aiming at the practical problems of defense lawyers' rights protection in criminal proceedings, this study aims to propose effective countermeasures to optimize the practice environment of defense lawyers, so as to safeguard judicial justice and legal rights and interests of lawyers. Through the comprehensive application of literature analysis, case study and field research, this paper deeply analyzes the current rights protection difficulties faced by defense lawyers in criminal proceedings. On this basis, this study innovatively proposes to improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthen judicial supervision, build a system for the protection of lawyers' professional rights and interests, and adopt measures such as setting up rights protection organizations and improving the professional insurance system. Provide full support and protection to defense attorneys. The main contribution of this study is that it not only systematically combs the current situation and problems of defense lawyers' rights protection in criminal proceedings, but also puts forward operable and targeted solutions from the three levels of legislation, judicial and professional protection, which provides a useful reference for promoting the reform and improvement of China's criminal proceedings system.
