摘 要
本研究旨在探讨技术创新如何驱动企业实施多元化发展战略。在当前经济全球化和市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下，企业多元化发展已成为提升竞争力、分散经营风险的重要策略。技术创新作为企业持续发展的核心动力，其对企业多元化战略的影响不容忽视。本研究采用定性与定量相结合的研究方法，通过对多个行业内的典型企业进行深入调研和数据分析，系统探究了技术创新在企业多元化发展中的关键作用。研究结果显示，技术创新显著促进了企业产品线的拓展和市场占有率的提升，同时，也推动了企业向相关领域甚至跨行业领域的多元化发展。此外，本研究还发现，技术创新不仅直接推动了企业的多元化进程，还通过提升企业核心竞争力和市场适应能力，间接支持了企业的多元化战略。

Abstract
The study aims to explore how technological innovation can drive enterprises to implement diversified development strategies. Under the background of economic globalization and increasingly fierce market competition, the diversified development of enterprises has become an important strategy to enhance competitiveness and disperse business risks. As the core driving force of sustainable development of enterprises, its influence on enterprise diversification strategy cannot be ignored. This study adopts a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods, and conducts in-depth investigation and data analysis of typical enterprises in multiple industries to systematically explore the key role of technological innovation in the diversified development of enterprises. The research results show that technological innovation significantly promotes the expansion of enterprise product line and the improvement of market share, and also promotes the diversified development of enterprises to related fields or even cross-industry fields. In addition, this study also found that technological innovation not only directly promotes the diversification process of enterprises, but also indirectly supports the diversification strategy of enterprises by improving the core competitiveness and market adaptability.
