宠物消化系统疾病的诊断与治疗
摘 要
随着宠物在现代家庭中的地位逐渐提升，宠物健康已成为越来越多宠物主人关注的焦点。消化系统作为宠物体内重要的生理系统之一，其健康状态直接关系到宠物的整体福祉。近年来，宠物消化系统疾病的发病率呈现上升趋势，这不仅给宠物带来痛苦，也给宠物主人带来了较大的经济和心理负担。本研究对宠物消化系统疾病的分类、特征、诊断、治疗及预防管理进行了全面探讨。在分类与特征方面，详细阐述了常见消化系统疾病类型及其在不同宠物中的表现差异，并分析了疾病发展的病理机制。在诊断方法上，介绍了临床检查、病史分析、实验室检测技术和影像学诊断等多种手段。在治疗策略上，探讨了药物治疗、营养支持与饮食管理以及手术治疗等适应症。此外，本研究还强调了日常护理、健康监测、疫苗接种与疾病防控以及长期康复与随访管理在预防宠物消化系统疾病中的重要性。

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF DIGESTIVE SYSTEM DISEASES IN PETS
ABSTRACT
With the gradual promotion of pets in modern families, pet health has become the focus of more and more pet owners. As one of the important physiological systems in the body, the health of digestive system is directly related to the overall well-being of pets. In recent years, the incidence of pet digestive system diseases is increasing, which not only brings pain to pets, but also brings great economic and psychological burden to pet owners. In this study, the classification, characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and preventive management of pet digestive system diseases were comprehensively explored. In terms of classification and characteristics, the types of common digestive diseases and their differences in different pets are elaborated, and the pathological mechanism of disease development is analyzed. In terms of diagnostic methods, clinical examination, medical history analysis, laboratory testing technology and imaging diagnosis are introduced. In terms of treatment strategies, indications such as medication, nutritional support and dietary management, and surgical treatment were explored. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of routine care, health monitoring, vaccination and disease control, and long-term rehabilitation and follow-up management in the prevention of digestive diseases in pets.
