宠物猫狗肥胖症的成因与干预策略
摘 要
随着人们生活水平的提高和宠物饲养方式的改变，宠物猫狗肥胖症已成为全球范围内日益严重的健康问题。肥胖不仅影响宠物的外观和生活质量，还可能导致一系列严重的健康问题，如心血管疾病、糖尿病和关节疾病等。本研究首先概述了宠物猫狗肥胖症的流行病学特征，包括全球范围内的流行现状、中国地区的差异以及高危品种的分析。随后，深入探讨了宠物肥胖症的主要成因，包括饮食结构与能量摄入失衡、运动不足与生活方式改变以及遗传因素与代谢异常。在干预策略方面，本研究提出了科学饮食管理与营养调控、运动疗法与行为矫正以及医疗干预与体重监测体系等多种措施。通过调整宠物的饮食结构、增加运动量、改善生活方式以及定期监测体重等策略，可以有效预防和控制宠物肥胖症的发生和发展。

CAUSES AND INTERVENTION STRATEGIES FOR OBESITY IN PET CATS AND DOGS
ABSTRACT
With the improvement of people's living standards and the change of keeping pets, obesity in pet cats and dogs has become a growing health problem worldwide. Obesity not only affects the appearance and quality of life of pets, but may also lead to a range of serious health problems, such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and joint diseases. This study first provides an overview of the epidemiological characteristics of obesity in pet cats and dogs, including the global prevalence status, regional differences in China, and the analysis of high-risk species. Subsequently, the main causes of pet obesity were explored, including the imbalance between diet and energy intake, insufficient exercise deficiency and lifestyle changes, and genetic factors and me tabolic abnormalities. In terms of intervention strategies, this study proposes various measures, including scientific diet management and nutrition regulation, exercise therapy and behavior correction, and medical intervention and weight monitoring system. The occurrence and development of pet obesity can be effectively prevented and controlled by adjusting the diet structure, increasing the amount of exercise, improving the lifestyle and regular monitoring of body weight.
