基于PLC的自动化立体仓库控制系统设计

摘  要

随着可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)技术的成熟与广泛应用,其在自动化立体仓库控制系统中的应用日益受到重视。本研究设计了一套基于PLC的自动化立体仓库控制系统,从系统功能需求分析、系统架构设计、控制逻辑与通信方案,到PLC硬件选型与配置、软件设计与实现等方面进行了全面探讨。在系统功能需求分析中,明确了系统的基本功能和性能要求。系统架构设计部分详细阐述了系统的整体框架和各模块之间的关系。控制逻辑与通信方案则确保了系统内部各设备之间的协调运作和高效通信。在PLC硬件选型与配置环节,根据系统需求选择了合适的PLC型号,并进行了I/O模块的配置与扩展,同时考虑了硬件连接的稳定性和抗干扰设计。软件设计与实现部分则包括了控制程序的开发流程、关键算法与逻辑的实现以及人机交互界面的设计,确保了系统的易用性和高效性。

DESIGN OF AUTOMATIC STEREO WAREHOUSE CONTROL SYSTEM BASED ON PLC

ABSTRACT

With the maturity and wide application of programmable logic controller (PLC) technology, its application in automatic stereo warehouse control system is increasingly valued. This study designed a set of automatic stereo warehouse control system based on PLC, from system function requirement analysis, system architecture design, control logic and communication scheme, to PLC hardware selection and configuration, software design and implementation. In the system function requirements analysis, the basic functions and performance requirements of the system are defined. The system architecture design section details the overall fr amework of the system and the relationship between the modules. The control logic and communication scheme ensure the coordinated operation and efficient communication between various equipment within the system. In the process of PLC hardware selection and configuration, appropriate PLC models are selected according to the system requirements, and the configuration and expansion of I / O module are made, and the stability of the hardware connection and anti-interference design are considered. The software design and implementation part includes the development process of the control program, the implementation of the key algorithms and logic, and the design of the human-computer interaction interface, which ensures the ease of use and efficiency of the system.
