摘 要
本文综述了机械噪声在机械工业中的相关概述、控制技术及其应用、面临的挑战及应对策略。首先,对机械噪声进行了定义,并详细分类为空气动力噪声、机械噪声和电磁噪声,同时探讨了机械工业中噪声的主要来源。随后,文章深入分析了噪声控制技术在机械工业中的应用和问题,如技术本身的局限性,特别是低频噪声控制难度大和主动噪声控制技术复杂等问题;噪声源种类繁多,增加了控制的难度;设备成本高,限制了噪声控制技术的广泛应用;以及工作环境恶劣,对噪声控制设备的性能提出了更高要求。为应对这些挑战,本文提出了相应的策略,包括综合应用多种技术手段以提高噪声控制效果,研发新材料与新技术以突破技术瓶颈,提升主动噪声控制技术的精确性和稳定性;同时,建议建立完善的噪声监测网络,为科学制定控制措施提供依据;通过政策扶持与资金补贴降低企业负担,推动噪声控制技术的普及;并强调改善工作环境,为噪声控制设备的正常运行提供良好条件。这些策略的实施将有助于促进机械工业的可持续发展,减少噪声污染,提升生产环境质量。

APPLICATION STUDY OF NOISE CONTROL TECHNOLOGY IN MECHANICAL INDUSTRY
ABSTRACT
This paper summarizes the relevant overview of mechanical noise in the machinery industry, the control technology and its application, the challenges faced and the coping strategies. First, mechanical noise is defined and classified in detail as aerodynamic, mechanical and electromagnetic noise, while exploring the main sources of noise in the mechanical industry. Subsequently, the paper deeply analyzes the application and problems of noise control technology in mechanical industry, such as the limitations of the technology itself, especially the difficulty of low frequency noise control and active noise control technology; the variety of noise sources, which increases the difficulty of control; the high equipment cost, limits the wide application of noise control technology; and the harsh working environment, put forward higher requirements for the performance of noise control equipment. In order to meet these challenges, this paper puts forward corresponding strategies, including comprehensive application of various technical means to improve the effect of noise control, developing new materials and new technologies to improve the accuracy and stability of active noise control technology; meanwhile, it is suggested to establish a perfect noise monitoring network to provide the basis for scientific formulation of control measures; reduce the burden of enterprises through policy support and financial subsidies, and promote the popularization of noise control technology; and improve the working environment to provide good conditions for the normal operation of noise control equipment. The implementation of these strategies will help to promote the sustainable development of the machinery industry, reduce the noise pollution, and improve the quality of the production environment.
