数控技术在自动化机械制造中的应用研究

摘  要

本文概述了数控技术在自动化机械制造领域的广泛应用,及其挑战与应对策略。首先,介绍了数控技术的定义、系统组成和工作原理。数控系统通过关键环节实现对机床运动的精确控制,提升了生产效率和产品质量,降低了成本,推动了技术创新。然而,数控技术的应用也面临技术与设备成本高、专业人才稀缺等问题。为应对这些挑战,提出了争取政府补贴、优化维护流程、加强人才培养、持续研发投入和提升产品质量等策略,以促进自动化机械制造行业的持续健康发展。

APPLICATION RESEARCH OF CNC TECHNOLOGY IN AUTOMATIC MACHINERY MANUFACTURING

ABSTRACT

This paper summarizes the wide application of CNC technology in the field of automatic machinery manufacturing, and its challenges and coping strategies. First, the definition, system composition and working principle of CNC technology are introduced. The numerical control system realizes the precise control of the machine tool movement through the key link, improves the production efficiency and product quality, reduces the cost, and promotes the technological innovation. However, the application of numerical control technology also faces problems such as high cost of technology and equipment and scarcity of professional talents. In order to cope with these challenges, the company proposed strategies such as seeking government subsidies, optimizing maintenance process, strengthening talent training, continuous research and development investment and improving product quality, so as to promote the sustainable and healthy development of the automated machinery manufacturing industry.
