摘 要
随着工业4.0时代的到来,智能制造已成为制造业转型升级的核心。物料搬运作为生产过程中的重要环节,其自动化技术的应用直接关系到生产效率和成本控制。本研究围绕智能制造中物料搬运自动化技术的应用与发展进行深入探讨。文中阐述了智能制造的关键技术以及物料搬运系统的定义与组成,并对比了传统制造与智能制造环境下物料搬运的差异。详细分析了包括自动导引车(AGV)、机器人搬运系统、输送带与分拣系统及智能仓储系统在内的当前主流自动化物料搬运技术,并从提高生产效率、优化资源配置和增强生产安全性等方面剖析了其优势。指出了自动化技术实施过程中遇到的高成本、适应性与兼容性问题以及智能化水平限制等挑战。针对这些挑战,文中提出了一系列创新对策,如采用模块化设计以发展共享经济模式,开发自适应控制系统以强化系统集成设计,以及增强数据分析能力配合跨学科人才的培养等。这些对策旨在推动物料搬运自动化技术的发展,进而促进智能制造系统的全面实施和持续优化。通过本研究,可以为制造业企业实现智能化转型提供理论指导和技术参考。

RESEARCH ON MATERIAL HANDLING AUTOMATION TECHNOLOGY IN INTELLIGENT MANUFACTURING SYSTEM
ABSTRACT
With the advent of the Industry 4.0 era, intelligent manufacturing has become the core of the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. As an important link in the production process, the application of material handling automation technology is directly related to the production efficiency and cost control. This research focuses on the application and development of material handling automation technology in intelligent manufacturing. This paper expounds the key technology of intelligent manufacturing and the definition and composition of material handling system, and compares the difference of material handling between traditional manufacturing and intelligent manufacturing environment. The current mainstream automated material handling technologies, including automated guided vehicle (AGV), robot handling system, conveyor belt and sorting system and intelligent storage system, are analyzed in detail, and their advantages are analyzed from the aspects of improving production efficiency, optimizing resource allocation and enhancing production safety. The challenges of high cost, adaptability and compatibility and the limitation of intelligence level in the implementation of automation technology are pointed out. In response to these challenges, a series of innovative countermeasures are proposed, such as adopting modular design to develop the sharing economy model, developing adaptive control systems to strengthen system integration design, and enhancing data analysis capabilities to cooperate with the training of interdisciplinary talents. These countermeasures are designed to promote the development of material handling automation technology, which in turn promotes the full implementation and continuous optimization of intelligent manufacturing systems. Through this research, it can provide theoretical guidance and technical reference for manufacturing enterprises to realize intelligent transformation.
