奶牛乳腺炎病原菌耐药性机制分析

摘  要

奶牛乳腺炎是影响全球乳制品行业的重要疾病,其病原菌的耐药性问题日益严重,已成为公共卫生和畜牧业可持续发展的重大挑战。本研究旨在探讨奶牛乳腺炎病原菌的耐药性机制,特别是多重耐药菌株的遗传与环境因素。通过对中国多个省份的奶牛场进行采样,结合高通量测序技术和生物信息学分析,系统研究了主要病原菌的耐药基因分布及其调控网络。研究发现,耐药基因广泛存在于质粒、转座子和染色体中,且部分基因通过水平基因转移在不同菌株间传播。此外,环境压力显著加速了耐药基因的表达和进化。实验结果表明,多重耐药菌株的形成与细菌群体感应系统和外排泵系统的协同作用密切相关。本研究首次揭示了中国部分地区奶牛乳腺炎病原菌的多重耐药机制,为制定针对性的防控策略提供了科学依据。研究的创新点在于整合了分子生物学、微生物学和生态学的多学科方法,揭示了耐药性形成的复杂网络,为全球范围内的抗菌药物管理提供了重要参考。

ANALYSIS OF RESISTANCE MECHANISM OF PATHOGENIC BACTERIA IN DAIRY COW MASTITIS

ABSTRACT

Dairy cow mastitis is an important disease affecting the global dairy industry, and the drug resistance of its pathogens is becoming increasingly serious, which has become a major challenge for public health and sustainable development of animal husbandry. The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of drug resistance of pathogenic strains of mastitis in dairy cows, especially the genetic and environmental factors of multi-drug resistant strains. By sampling dairy farms in several provinces in China, combined with high-throughput sequencing technology and bioinformatics analysis, the distribution of drug resistance genes and their regulatory networks of major pathogens were systematically studied. It was found that drug resistance genes existed widely in plasmids, transposons and chromosomes, and some genes were spread among different strains through horizontal gene transfer. In addition, environmental stress significantly accelerated the ex pression and evolution of resistance genes. The results showed that the formation of multidrug-resistant strains was closely related to the synergistic action of the quorum sensing system and the efflux pump system. This study revealed for the first time the multi-drug resistance mechanism of pathogenic bacteria in dairy cattle mastitis in some areas of China, and provided scientific basis for formulating targeted prevention and control strategies. Innovative in integrating multidisciplinary approaches from molecular biology, microbiology and ecology, the study reveals the complex web of resistance formation and provides an important reference for antimicrobial management on a global scale.
