摘 要
家禽养殖业的可持续发展对保障全球动物蛋白供应具有重要意义,而饲料消化率是影响生产效率和经济效益的关键因素之一。本研究旨在探讨家禽肠道微生物菌群结构与饲料消化率之间的相关性,以期为优化饲料配方和提升养殖效益提供科学依据。研究选取了不同品种的家禽作为实验对象,通过高通量测序技术分析其肠道微生物组成,并结合体外消化试验评估饲料消化率。结果表明,肠道微生物多样性与饲料中纤维素和淀粉的降解效率显著相关,特定功能菌群如乳酸菌和拟杆菌在促进营养物质转化方面发挥了重要作用。此外,研究首次揭示了某些核心菌群与非淀粉多糖消化率之间的定量关系,为精准调控肠道微生态提供了新思路。本研究的创新点在于将分子生物学技术与传统饲料评价方法相结合,建立了肠道微生物菌群与饲料消化率的关联模型,为未来开发基于微生物干预的饲料改良策略奠定了理论基础。

CORRELATION STUDY BETWEEN POULTRY GUT MICROBIOTA AND FEED DIGESTIBILITY
ABSTRACT
The sustainable development of poultry farming is of great significance for ensuring the global supply of animal protein, and feed digestibility is one of the key factors affecting production efficiency and economic benefits. This study aims to explore the correlation between the structure of gut microbiota in poultry and feed digestibility, providing scientific evidence for optimizing feed formulation and enhancing farming efficiency. Different poultry breeds were selected as experimental subjects, and their gut microbial compositions were analyzed using high-throughput sequencing technology. In vitro digestion trials were conducted to evaluate feed digestibility. The results indicate that gut microbial diversity is significantly associated with the degradation efficiency of cellulose and starch in feed, and specific functional bacterial groups, such as lactic acid bacteria and Bacteroides, play important roles in promoting nutrient transformation. Moreover, this study is the first to reveal quantitative relationships between certain core microbial communities and non-starch polysaccharide digestibility, offering new insights into the precise regulation of gut microbiota. The innovation of this research lies in the integration of molecular biology techniques with traditional feed evaluation methods, establishing an association model between gut microbiota and feed digestibility, which lays a theoretical foundation for the future development of feed improvement strategies based on microbial intervention.
