摘 要
代谢综合征是包括肥胖、高血压、高血糖和血脂异常的临床综合征。随着生活方式改变和人口老龄化,其发病率上升,成为全球公共卫生问题。本研究探讨中医食疗对代谢综合征的干预效果。研究采用随机对照试验,招募200名代谢综合征患者,分为实验组和对照组。实验组接受12周中医食疗干预,包括药膳、茶饮和饮食指导。评估指标包括体重、腰围、血压、血糖和血脂水平。12周后,实验组在体重、腰围、血压、血糖和血脂水平上显著优于对照组。实验组体重下降5.3%,腰围减少4.7厘米,血压和血糖水平降低,生活质量评分提高。

Abstract
me tabolic syndrome is a clinical syndrome that includes obesity, hypertension, hyperglycemia, and dyslipidemia. With lifestyle change and population aging, its incidence rises and becomes a global public health problem. This study investigated the intervention effect of TCM dietary therapy on me tabolic syndrome. A randomized controlled trial enrolling 200 patients with me tabolic syndrome was divided into experimental and control groups. The experimental group received 12 weeks of TCM therapeutic intervention, including medicated diet, tea drink and dietary guidance. Evaluation measures included body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid levels. After 12 weeks, the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, blood glucose and lipid levels. In the experimental group, they lost 5.3% body weight, 4.7 cm waist circumference, lower blood pressure and blood glucose levels, and improved quality of life score.

Abstract
