摘 要
在现代社会,随着生活节奏的加快和工作压力的增大,身心健康问题日益突出。身心平衡作为一种综合性的健康调适方法,逐渐受到学术界和公众的关注。本研究旨在探讨身心平衡在现代健康调适中的应用效果及其机制。研究采用了定量与定性相结合的方法,通过问卷调查、实验研究和深度访谈等多种手段,对不同年龄段和职业群体进行了系统的数据收集和分析。结果显示,身心平衡训练显著提升了参与者的情绪调节能力、压力应对能力和整体生活质量。特别是在中国,研究发现身心平衡训练在企业员工和高校学生群体中具有显著的积极影响,有效降低了焦虑和抑郁的发生率。此外,本研究还揭示了身心平衡训练对生理指标如心率和血压的正面调节作用。这些发现不仅为身心平衡的理论框架提供了实证支持,也为现代健康管理实践提供了新的视角和方法。

Abstract
In the modern society, with the acceleration of the pace of life and the increase of work pressure, the physical and mental health problems have become increasingly prominent. As a comprehensive health adjustment method, physical and mental balance has gradually attracted the attention from academia and the public. The aim of this study is to investigate the application effects and mechanism of mind-body balance in modern health adjustment. The study used both quantitative and qualitative methods, and systematically collected and analyzed data from different age groups and occupational groups through questionnaires, experimental studies and in-depth interviews. The results showed that mind balance training significantly improved participants' emotional regulation, stress coping and overall quality of life. Especially in China, studies have found that physical and mental balance training has a significant positive impact on corporate employees and college students, effectively reducing the incidence of anxiety and depression. Furthermore, this study revealed the positive regulation of mind-body balance training on physiological indicators such as heart rate and blood pressure. These findings not only provide empirical support for the theoretical fr amework of mind-body balance, but also provide new perspectives and approaches to modern health management practices.

Abstract
