STUDY ON POULTRY SALMONELLA POLLUTION PROBLEM AND PREVENTION AND CONTROL COUNTERMEASURES
ABSTRACT
The poultry farming industry is a critical part of the global food supply chain, and the safety and quality of its products are critical for human health. Salmonella contamination is one of the major challenges facing the industry, and the bacteria are widespread in poultry and transmitted to humans through multiple routes. With the increasing breeding scale and density, the problem of Salmonella contamination intensifies, affecting poultry growth and product quality, and threatening human health. This paper discusses the salmonella pollution and its prevention and control countermeasures, including improving environmental hygiene, improving hygiene standards, improving manure treatment, strengthening feed and water management, optimizing prevention and control measures, and strengthening regulations. These measures can help control pollution, ensure the safety of poultry products and maintain human health, and have important significance for promoting the sustainable development of poultry industry and ensuring food safety and public health safety.
