摘 要
猪圆环病毒病作为一种高度传染性的病毒性传染病，近年来在全球养猪业中广泛流行，给养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失。该病主要由猪圆环病毒2型（PCV-2）引起，以免疫抑制为主要特征，能够导致猪的生产性能下降、体重减轻、成活率降低，并易与其他病毒和细菌混合感染，进一步加剧病情。由于圆环病毒毒株类型多样，临床症状复杂多变，且疫苗预防效果有限，使得该病的诊断与防治工作面临诸多挑战。因此，本研究针对猪圆环病毒病（PCVD）的诊断难点与防治对策进行了深入探讨。首先，分析了猪圆环病毒病的病原学、流行病学特征及其诊断难点，包括临床症状的多变性、实验室检测的限制以及疫苗使用的局限性等。随后，从提高临床观察与诊断准确性、增强实验室检测能力、科学有效的疫苗接种、强化综合防治措施等方面提出了具体的防治对策。本研究旨在为养猪业提供一套科学、有效的猪圆环病毒病防控方案，以降低疾病发生率，提高养猪业的生产效益。

DIAGNOSIS DIFFICULTY AND PREVENTION COUNTERMEASURES OF PORCINE CIRCOVIRUS DISEASE
ABSTRACT
As a highly infectious viral disease, porcine circular circular virus disease has been widely prevalent in the global pig industry in recent years and has caused great economic losses to the breeding industry. The disease is mainly caused by porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV-2), which is characterized by immunosuppression, and can lead to a decrease in production performance, weight loss, survival rate of pigs, and easy to be mixed with infection with other viruses and bacteria, further exacerbating the disease. Due to the diverse types of cirvirus strains, the complex and changeable clinical symptoms, and the limited preventive effect of vaccines, the diagnosis and prevention of the disease face many challenges. Therefore, this study deeply discusses the diagnostic difficulties and prevention countermeasures of porcine circovirus disease (PCVD). First, the etiology and epidemiological characteristics of porcine circovirus disease and their diagnostic difficulties were analyzed, including the variability of clinical symptoms, laboratory testing limitations and the limitations of vaccine use, etc. Subsequently, specific prevention and control countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of improving clinical observation and diagnosis accuracy, enhancing laboratory testing ability, scientific and effective vaccination, and strengthening comprehensive prevention and control measures. This study aims to provide a scientific and effective disease prevention and control program to reduce the disease incidence of pigs and improve the production efficiency of the pig industry.
