犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断难点与防治对策研究
摘要
随着经济发展和社会进步,宠物饲养已成为现代生活的重要组成部分,犬猫作为最常见的宠物,其健康问题日益受到关注。真菌性皮肤病作为犬猫常见的皮肤病之一,不仅影响宠物的生活质量,还可能对人类健康构成威胁。然而,当前在犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断与防治方面仍存在诸多问题,如诊断技术落后、抗真菌药物使用不当、环境管理不善及宠物主人知识缺乏等。这些问题导致诊断准确性不高,治疗效果不佳,病情反复发作,给宠物及宠物主人带来极大困扰。因此,本文针对犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断难点与防治对策进行了研究。首先分析了当前诊断技术的局限性,包括灵敏度低、耗时长等问题,并提出了采用分子生物学检测技术和发展快速且高灵敏度的诊断方法以提高诊断准确性。接着探讨了抗真菌药物使用存在的问题,如抗药性增强、药物选择不当等,并建议严格药物使用指导,监测并控制抗药性的发展。此外,还强调了改善环境与管理的重要性,包括清洁与消毒减少真菌污染,以及通过科学管理提高宠物的抵抗力。最后,指出了增强宠物主人教育的重要性,包括普及真菌性皮肤病的知识和教育正确的防治方法。通过本研究,旨在为犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断与防治提供科学依据和实用指导,保障宠物及人类的健康。

Abstract
With the economic development and social progress, pet feeding has become an important part of modern life, with dogs and cats as the most common pets, and their health problems are increasingly concerned. As one of the common skin diseases in dogs and cats, fungal skin diseases not only affect the quality of life of pets, but also may pose a threat to human health. However, there are still many problems in the diagnosis and treatment of fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats, such as backward diagnostic technology, improper use of antifungal drugs, poor environmental management and lack of knowledge of pet owners. These problems lead to low diagnostic accuracy, poor treatment effect, and repeated attacks, which bring great trouble to pets and pet owners. Therefore, this paper studies the diagnostic difficulties and prevention countermeasures of fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats. We first analyze the limitations of current diagnostic techniques, including low sensitivity and time consuming, and propose the adoption of molecular biology detection techniques and developing rapid and highly sensitive diagnostic methods to improve diagnostic accuracy. Then it explores the problems existing in the use of antifungal drugs, such as enhanced drug resistance and improper drug selection, and suggests strict guidance on drug use, monitoring and control of the development of drug resistance. In addition, the importance of improving the environment and management, including cleaning and disinfection to reduce fungal pollution, and improving the resistance of pets through scientific management, is emphasized. Finally, the importance of enhancing the education of pet owners, including universal knowledge of fungal skin diseases and education on correct prevention and treatment methods. This study aims to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats, and ensure the health of pets and human beings.
