随着社会的发展,宠物饲养变得普遍,特别是犬猫的健康问题受到越来越多的关注。犬猫真菌性皮肤病是常见病之一,它不仅影响宠物的生活质量,还可能影响人类健康。目前,该病的诊断和治疗存在诸多问题,如技术落后、药物使用不当、环境管理不善和宠物主人知识缺乏,导致诊断不准确、治疗效果差和病情反复。本文研究了犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断难点和防治对策,分析了诊断技术的局限性,并提出了改进方法。同时,探讨了抗真菌药物使用的问题,并建议了严格药物使用指导和环境管理措施。最后,强调了提高宠物主人教育的重要性,普及相关知识和正确的防治方法。本研究旨在为犬猫真菌性皮肤病的诊断和防治提供科学依据和实用指导,以保障宠物和人类的健康。

STUDY ON THE DIFFICULTY AND COUNTERMEASURES OF FUNGAL SKIN DISEASES IN DOGS AND CATS
ABSTRACT
With the development of society, pet keeping has become common, and especially the health problems of dogs and cats have received more and more attention. Fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats is one of the common diseases, which not only affects the quality of life of pets, but also may affect human health. At present, there are many problems in the diagnosis and treatment of the disease, such as backward technology, improper use of drugs, poor environmental management and lack of knowledge of pet owners, which lead to inaccurate diagnosis, poor treatment effect and repeated conditions. This paper studies the diagnostic difficulties and prevention countermeasures of fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats, analyzes the limitations of diagnostic techniques, and proposes improvement methods. Meanwhile, the use of antifungal drugs was explored and strict drug use guidelines and environmental management measures were suggested. Finally, it emphasizes the importance of improving pet owner education, popularizing relevant knowledge and correct prevention and treatment methods. This study aims to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for the diagnosis and prevention and treatment of fungal skin diseases in dogs and cats to ensure the health of pets and humans.
