摘 要
在全球经济体系中,家族企业作为历史悠久且充满活力的企业形式,对于经济增长、就业创造和社会稳定具有不可忽视的作用。本文旨在探讨家族企业传承过程中面临的主要管理问题,并提出相应的对策。首先,本文明确了家族企业的定义与特征,并概述了企业传承的相关理论。随后,通过文献综述和案例分析,本文详细分析了家族企业在传承中普遍存在的继承人选拔与培养、所有权与控制权配置、职业经理人融入以及家族企业文化建设等管理问题。针对这些问题,本文提出了完善继承人选拔与培养机制、优化所有权与控制权配置、促进职业经理人融入以及塑造现代家族企业文化等具体对策。最后,本文总结了研究的主要发现和贡献,并展望了未来研究方向。

Abstract
In the global economic system, family businesses, as a time-honored and dynamic form of business, play an important role in economic growth, job creation and social stability. This paper aims to discuss the main management problems faced in the process of family business inheritance, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. First, this paper clarifies the definition and characteristics of a family business, and summarizes the relevant theories of enterprise inheritance. Subsequently, through literature review and case analysis, this paper analyzes in detail the management problems prevalent in family business inheritance, such as heir selection and training, ownership and control allocation, the integration of professional managers and the construction of family business culture. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward the specific countermeasures such as perfecting the heir selection and training mechanism, optimizing the allocation of ownership and control, promoting the integration of professional managers and shaping the modern family business culture. Finally, this paper summarizes the main findings and contributions and prospects future research directions.
