Abstract

This paper elaborates the definition and legal relationship of guardianship and guardianship, and probes into the legal provisions of guardianship loss, including the conditions of guardianship loss, legal consequences and the path of custody transfer after guardianship loss. The article points out that guardianship and custody are legal tools to protect the rights and interests of minors, and the loss of guardianship is directly related to the redistribution of custody. In the part of the path and procedure of child custody transfer, the article systematically analyzes the designation of legal agent, the priority of family custody, the intervention of social welfare institutions and the judicial procedure of custody transfer. The paper points out that these paths and procedures are the key to ensure the legal, just and effective transfer of custody rights. In the part of guardianship and education after custody transfer, the article discusses the guardianship responsibility of the new guardian, the education and growth environment of the children, the importance of psychological counseling and emotional support. The article emphasizes that the transfer of custody is not only the completion of legal procedures, but also an important impact on the future life of children. Finally, the paper summarizes the main findings of the study and puts forward suggestions for improvement of the existing legal system and practice in order to provide more solid legal protection and social support for the protection of minors' rights and interests.
