摘 要
本文旨在探讨家校沟通不畅对小学生成长的影响及对策。首先概述了家校沟通的定义、特点及不畅的具体表现,进而分析了家校合作对学生全面发展的促进作用,包括良好行为习惯的养成、学习动力与成效的增强以及社会情感与人际交往能力的提升。随后,深入研究了家校沟通不畅对小学生成长产生的多维度负面影响,如缺乏明确学习目标、时间管理不当、学习动力减弱及道德行为失范等。针对这些问题,本文提出了改善家校沟通不畅的对策与建议,包括呈现可视化目标以明确家校合作方向,制定时间表确保家校沟通定期有效,建立学习激励机制增强学生学习动力,以及统一教育理念形成家校教育合力。本研究旨在为解决家校沟通不畅问题提供科学依据和实践指导,以促进小学生的健康成长和全面发展。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the influence of poor communication between home and school on the growth of primary school students and the countermeasures. First of all, the definition, characteristics and specific performance of home-school communication are summarized, and then the promotion effect of home-school cooperation on the overall development of students is analyzed, including the formation of good behavior habits, the enhancement of learning motivation and effectiveness, as well as the improvement of social emotion and interpersonal communication skills. Subsequently, the multi-dimensional negative effects of poor communication between home and school on the growth of primary school students were deeply studied, such as lack of clear learning goals, improper time management, weakened learning motivation and moral behavior anomie. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the poor communication between home and school, including presenting visual ob jectives to clarify the direction of home-school cooperation, making a time table to ensure that the home-school communication is regular and effective, establishing a learning incentive mechanism to enhance students' learning motivation, and unifying the educational concept to form a joint force of home-school education. This study aims to provide scientific basis and practical guidance for solving the problem of poor communication between home and school, so as to promote the healthy growth and comprehensive development of primary school students.
