摘 要
本文旨在探讨小学班级纪律管理的相关问题及解决策略。首先概述了班级纪律管理的定义、特点及主要模式,进而阐述了小学班级纪律管理在促进学生个体发展、营造良好学习氛围以及支持教育教学活动顺利进行方面的重要性。接着,深入分析了当前小学班级纪律管理面临的主要难题,包括学生间矛盾冲突、师生沟通障碍、学生自我管理能力不足以及家长参与度低等问题。针对这些难题,本文探索并提出了一系列有效的解决策略,如开展冲突解决教育以提升学生解决矛盾的能力,提升教师沟通技巧以增强师生间的有效沟通,培养学生时间管理技能以提高学生的自我管理能力,以及建立家校沟通平台以促进家长与学校的紧密合作。这些策略旨在为小学班级纪律管理的实践提供有益的参考和指导,以期推动小学班级管理工作的持续改进和创新。

Abstract
This paper aims to discuss the related problems and solving strategies of primary school class discipline management. First of all, the definition, characteristics and main mode of class discipline management are summarized, and then the importance of class discipline management in primary school in promoting the individual development of students, creating a good learning atmosphere and supporting the smooth progress of education and teaching activities is expounded. Then, the main problems of the current primary school class discipline management, including conflicts between students, communication barriers between teachers and students, students' self-management ability and low participation of parents. For these problems, this paper explores and puts forward a series of effective solution strategies, such as conflict resolution education to enhance students 'ability to solve contradictions, improve teachers' communication skills to enhance effective communication between teachers and students, cultivate students 'time management skills to improve the students' self management ability, and establish home school communication platform to promote the close cooperation between parents and school. These strategies are designed to provide useful reference and guidance for the practice of primary school class discipline management, in order to promote the continuous improvement and innovation of primary school class management work.
