牛布鲁氏菌病的病因分析与治疗对策研究

摘  要
本文综述了布鲁氏菌病，特别是牛布鲁氏菌病的相关概述、临床症状、病因分析及防控措施。布鲁氏菌病是一种具有特定特点和分类的传染病，对牛只健康构成严重威胁。牛布鲁氏菌病在母牛和公牛中表现出不同的临床症状，包括流产、关节炎及非特异性症状如发热、体重下降等。病因分析揭示，该病通过多样传播媒介迅速扩散，存在跨物种传播风险，且由于饲养环境等因素导致易感性增加。为有效控制牛布鲁氏菌病，本文提出了综合防控措施，包括切断传播途径以减少病原暴露，实施隔离饲养防止疫情蔓延，以及加强饲养管理提升牛只免疫力。本研究旨在提供科学依据，指导牛布鲁氏菌病的防控实践，保障畜牧业健康发展，减少经济损失，提高公共卫生水平。

STUDY ON THE ETIOLOGY ANALYSIS AND TREATMENT COUNTERMEASURES OF BOVINE BRUCELLOSIS

ABSTRACT
This review summarizes the relevant overview, clinical symptoms, etiological analysis, and prevention and control measures of brucellosis, especially bovine brucellosis. Brucellosis is an infectious disease with specific characteristics and classification that poses a serious threat to the health of cattle. Bovine brucellosis shows different clinical symptoms in cows and bulls, including abortion, arthritis, and nonspecific symptoms such as fever, and weight loss. Etiological analysis revealed that the disease spread rapidly through diverse vectors, with a risk of cross-species transmission, and increased susceptibility due to factors such as the feeding environment. In order to effectively control bovine brucellosis, this paper proposes comprehensive prevention and control measures, including cutting off the transmission route to reduce pathogen exposure, implementing isolation feeding to prevent the spread of the epidemic, and strengthening feeding management to enhance the immunity of cattle. This study aims to provide scientific basis to guide the prevention and control practice of bovine brucellosis, ensure the healthy development of animal husbandry, reduce economic losses, and improve the level of public health.
