Abstract

This paper comprehensively discusses the risk assessment and management strategy faced by enterprises during the transition period. First of all, the introduction part elaborates the research background, significance and research status at home and abroad, and clarifies the importance of risk assessment and management in the transition period of enterprises. Then, the paper analyzes in detail the various risks that enterprises may encounter during the transition period, including market and industry changes, technological and innovation challenges, organizational and cultural adaptation issues, and financial and operational stability risks. In the risk assessment process, this paper proposes a multi-dimensional assessment method for market, internal operation, technological innovation, strategy execution and cultural adaptation, which provides a fr amework for enterprises to accurately identify transformation risks. Then, the paper deeply discusses the risk management strategies and measures of enterprises in the transformation period, including risk avoidance, risk mitigation, risk transfer, risk acceptance and monitoring, etc., aiming at providing a comprehensive and feasible risk management scheme for enterprises.
